Delivery

We ship all parcels via Royal Mail. We aim to post your item within 1 working day of ordering. Although in busy periods this may vary from 1/2 days.

When you head to the checkout you will get 3 options for your shipping method (as below) we have listed the compensation value on each shipping method, please make sure you select the correct amount according to your order £ total, this is to ensure that your parcel contents are insured with Royal Mail for the correct amount. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. In the unlikely event that this happens to you please contact us and we will open a compensation claim with Royal Mail, they will then investigate and if compensation is due they will reimburse you as per the amounts listed below.

Royal Mail 1st Class® – 1-2 working days – Up to £20 for loss or damage – Not Tracked – £1.99-£3.99 depending on parcel weight 

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For® 1-2 working days – Up to £50 for loss or damage – Not Tracked – £3.50-£4.99 depending on parcel weight

Royal Mail Special Delivery®- Next working day FROM shipping date – Up to £500 for loss or damage – Tracked – £7.50

♥International Standard®- 5-7 working days – Up to £20 for loss or damage – £ depends on parcel weight 

♥International Tracked®- 5-7 working days – Up to £250 for loss or damage – £ depends on parcel weight 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days and these must be returned unworn.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
